PAS Master Gameplan

 

 

1. A complete screening of the candidates for flight training aptitude, medical qualifications, psychological screening, and English language proficiency.

2. The applicants will receive pre-flight training in India.

3. The program lasts for 4 weeks covering: theory of flight and basic airplane knowledge, air navigation, aviation meteorology, air legislation and rules of the air, Communications and R/T procedures and, basic simulator training. There are exams at each stage of the course, and a merit list of students to monitor their progress.

4. The successful candidates will advance to flight training in the United States.  The Flight program will include: a private pilot course, commercial pilot course, the multiengine rating course under part 61, and the instrument rating course under part 141, designed specifically for the DGCA requirements of the students to include more than 200 hours, 100 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) solo time, and 10 hours in a DGCA approved multi-engine aircraft.

5. Following graduation from flight school the student will proceed to Alteon to complete the Jet Bridge Transition course, which concentrates training squarely on elements that make for a successful First Officer including building crew coordination skills, providing jet indoctrination and extended full-flight simulator hours.

6. PAS will thoroughly monitor the progress of the students throughout the ground, flight, and type phases of the program.

7. Following the completion of US based schools the new pilot will return to India to prepare for the conversion of their FAA license to the DGCA license.

8. PAS will supervise the induction of the students to their respective airlines.
