Jeffrey A Paulk, CEO
Jeffrey A Paulk established Paulk Aviation Services, Inc. in September 2007 following retirement from the United States Air Force. His previous duty was as the Air Attaché to India from 2004-2007.

Paulk entered the Air Force in 1983 after earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia (UGA). He was a scholorship athlete at UGA and a letterman when they won the National Championship in 1980. He also has two Master's degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the National War College. His air force career started in 1984 completing his pilot’s training in 1985 as a distinguished graduate and was first assigned as an F-16 combat fighter pilot to Hahn Air Base, Germany. He was then selected for Fighter Weapon’s School in 1989, where he earned the Commander’s Trophy. Paulk returned to Hahn Air Base as the Wing Weapons Officer and in 1990 was selected to attend Squadron Officer School, graduating number one in his class. He has served as an F-16 and F-15E instructor pilot, and in 1994 became the first United States Air Force operator liaison to the National Reconnaissance Office, serving as the Operations Division Chief.
Paulk commanded the 18th Fighter Squadron, supporting the Pacific Command Area of Responsibility and Air Expeditionary Force 10. He later served on the Joint Staff as the Deputy Division Chief for the Central Asia-South Asia Division and political-military analyst for India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. He is senior command pilot with more than 3000 flying hours.
His wife's name is Jan and they have two boys, William (16) and Benjamin (13). He is an avid golfer and coaches his son's highschool football team.
