Alteon and PAS have partnered to offer a complete First Officer Academy training solution for airlines around the world to address demand for quality, well trained pilots. The First Officer Academy program will screen, induct and train candidates with no flight experience to become type-rated, certified pilots. PAS will supervise the candidates' ab initio flight training before they proceed to Alteon to complete the Jet Bridge Transition course, which concentrates training squarely on elements that make for a successful First Officer including building crew coordination skills, providing jet indoctrination and extended full-flight simulator hours.
