Following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center the USG was forced to develop a near fail safe approach to the Visa approval process.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) procedures

TSA is documented during pre-flight training and issued when the student arrives in the USA for flight training.
